My Mission: Your Best Life

Too many people settle for less in life because they don’t know what they are truly capable of, and there is no one in their life to help them discover their true potential. That’s my mission as a coach: to help you find what you were born to do, According to the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) Subcommittee on ADHD Coaching, “ADHD coaches support their clients in developing a comprehensive understanding of both the nature of ADHD and the impact of ADHD on their client’s quality of life. In addition, ADHD coaches work with clients to create structures, support, skills and strategies. Coaching assists clients with ADHD to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles, address core ADHD-related issues like time management, organization, and self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.”My own best ability and life’s passion is to see the inner greatness in everyone around me, call it forth, and help them pursue their own purpose and significance in life.

As your coach, I will work with you on the skills you may be missing and your game strategy. Over time you will get better at all the things that are hard for you right now, such as prioritizing, time management, planning and organization. I love helping others see their true worth, and help them apply these new skills to achieving the things they want most.

Clientele

I love to work with people who want to do better. As your coach,I will provide a supportive non-judgmental partnership in which you will be encouraged to set reasonable and attainable goals and create an action plan to reach those goals. Are you that kind of person? Here are some examples of people like you that I’ve helped:

  • Professionals who are seeking improved job performance and higher income.
  • Adults who have just learned that they have ADHD, even though they have been struggling with the challenges of ADHD their whole life.
  • Students who want to use their gifts and strengths to better organize their material and information, and maximize their learning.
  • People who are living with a spouse/partner with ADHD
  • Parents of children with ADHD desperately trying to calm the chaos in their home.
  • Dreamers who want to change the world and don’t know how to start

If that sounds like you, let me challenge you: call me and sign up for a free exploratory session.. It won’t cost you anything but the time. Isn’t your life worth it?

When I’m not coaching, I love reading, attending the theatre, traveling (I’m a sucker for anything historical and museums), and spending time with family and friends.
